The R-dash Air Scoop is an extension of the OEM air scoop to force cool air into the engine.
It prevents re-absorbing the heat in engine compartment, which enhances the effect of engine simultaneously.
The installation does not change or revise any parts of OEM intake.
There is no complaint about water is being sucked into the filter.
Slit or drilling holes on the scoops to eliminate water drops is unnecessary.
The OEM equipped air filter functions as usual.
